Churchill's Management Team is lead by Fred A. Fern, who founded the company in 1963 and serves today as the company's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Fern is joined by Randy C. Conner, who serves as President, David C. Messer, who is presently Executive Vice President, and Eileen A. Holmes, Executive Vice President. Along with a qualified research staff, the four manage money for individuals, trust, retirement accounts for closely held corporations, endowments and foundations.
