We see communication as one of the most important elements of our business. We recognize that keeping clients comfortable with our investment approach is as important as the results it produces. Since 1963, we have had the good fortune to have developed client relationships that can be measured by decades, not just years and months. We believe this success is a reflection, not only of our performance as an investment advisor, but also of our commitment to communication.

Members of the Churchill Investment Team visit with clients on a regular basis to review the account and communicate our thoughts on the current market environment. Additionally, whether by telephone, in person, or in written form, our money management team is committed to making sure our clients are comfortable with respect to their investment portfolios. No one member of Churchill Management Group is assigned to an account. All the members of the Investment Team are available to every client. We want the clients to feel comfortable with any of them at all times.

Churchill further believes communication is an important part of maintaining a quality investment plan. We believe the continual monitoring of client goals for changing needs and circumstances is essential for proper management. As our clients' lives change we make sure that the investment plan in place is appropriate for their current stage of life.

We are particularly proud of our client reporting statements which are sent on a quarterly basis. We also distribute a year-end statement for tax purposes. These reports have been designed to give our clients a clear understanding of their investment portfolio and show how the account has performed over the current time period and from the account's inception. In addition, we send to our clients timely letters on the economy and various market environments in an effort to help them better understand the existing circumstances in the ever changing investment world.

Given the confidential nature of our business we do not release lists of our clients. However, for the purposes of references, we have many existing clients who have agreed to speak with prospective clients to share their own experiences with Churchill Management Group.
